Will I qualify for the Window Grant Funding Scheme ?

The Window Grant Funding Scheme was launched to assist and support those in tough situations with the charge of new double glazed windows and doors. This scheme is funded exclusively by the company, contractors and partnering organisations through independent donations.

The Window Grant Funding scheme now offers help to individuals within a specified qualifying criteria. Due to the limitation of funds available, we prioritise individuals who need more help on a first-come-first-served basis. At the moment we offer help to Employed, self -employed people whose income is less than £10,000 and also single parents with terminally ill children / disabled children. This may change when funding becomes more available. The company has a right to adjust its qualifying criteria without prior notice and may offer grants outside the criteria at our discretion.

If you satisfy the criteria, we will let you know by initially contacting you and disclose that your application is being considered for a grant. After that, we will discuss a set of questions to confirm your situation and eligibility. We may ask for evidence of your circumstances to guarantee that the funding reaches those that need it first.
If you do not qualify for a grant, then do not worry. At Window Grant Funding we ensure that our customers are protected and therefore offer an alternative option that we feel would be most beneficial to your circumstances. One example is that we may find a different source of funding or financing via one-of our partner companies. We will first ensure you are happy to be assigned to them and then they will continue your application process.
If there is no funding available the moment you apply do not worry, we will not turn you away. At Window Grant Funding we will first let you know that you will be added to the list for grant eligible homes and will contact you when funding becomes available. We ensure and uphold confidentiality; we will not transfer or disclose any information without your prior permission. You can be confident that the data you provide will be held securely under GDPR guidelines.
Yes, you certainly can. if you not longer meet the qualifying criteria or you feel that your situation has changed or you feel that the money may be able to help others more then you can contact us via email. This will ensure that those who need the help get it sooner.
Homeowners get limited support compared to those living in the council/housing association. Individuals living in those places are usually supported by the council and the government through tax money. Furthermore, private landlords are responsible for the upkeep of their house and therefore will need to fund the new double glazing windows.

If you do not qualify for a grant, we will provide you with alternative options that would best suit your needs and circumstances.
